Synaptics is looking for smart and talented engineers to join our Bangalore engineering
team of IOT Multimedia division. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a large
team around the world working to create revolutionary products. Eligible candidates will
be working on low level device driver for Display/GPU/Camera/HDMI/MIPI as well as
the Media/Camera/Graphics framework of our Android TV based multimedia products.

- Experience in one or more of the below areas   

• Device drivers (Display/GPU/HDMI/HDCP/MIPI/Audio/Camera)
• Knowledge of functional areas –Display/GPU/MIPI/HDMI/
• HDCP/Audio/Camera ISP
• Linux Graphics/Video/Audio subsystem – OpenGL, FB driver, DRMKMS, V4L2, ALSA
• Android TV Graphics/Display/Camera framework

- Excellent skills in C/C++ programming.

- Excellent knowledge of Linux system programming and kernel drivers.

- Experience in trusted software development in Secure OS/TEE

- Good design, programming and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in CSE/ECE from premier institutions with more than 70% aggregate marks.

- 5-12 years of relevant industry experience.
